Did Mike Millett cause the StratusClean results?
This site does not claim so. Three results rose while Mike Millett was VP of Marketing at Stratus Building Solutions, and a single company cannot show that the role caused them.
In brief
Mike Millett was VP of Marketing at Stratus Building Solutions through the four-year repositioning that renamed it Stratus Clean in April 2026.
Three results are published beside that role. The average Google rating rose from 3.4 to 4.7. Revenue roughly doubled. The company held number one on Entrepreneur’s Fastest-Growing Franchise list four years running, 2023 to 2026.
Did the role cause the numbers? One company cannot show that, and this site does not say so.
The three numbers, one at a time
The rating
His account of what worked after March 2023 names branding, Google reviews and trust, so the rating measures what the work aimed at.
It is still written by customers about cleaning delivered by local franchise owners, and this site does not print the two dates it was read on. Without them it is a direction, not a measurement.
Revenue
A whole-company figure with many inputs. In a franchise system growing fast enough to top a national unit growth list, more units is a revenue driver in its own right, so a doubling cannot be split between positioning and expansion from the figure alone.
The ranking
Entrepreneur ranks that list by net franchise unit growth in the U.S. and Canada over a year that closes before publication: the 2025 edition measured July 31, 2023 to July 31, 2024.
Its March 2023 article credits Stratus Building Solutions with more than 300 new units from July 2021 to July 2022. The first of the four number one places was earned on growth recorded before the repositioning began, and none of the four measures a period after Stratus Clean went live.
What the numbers do show
A rename is a real risk in a franchise system: local owners carry a name their customers already know, and a repositioning that goes badly shows up as falling ratings and stalled growth.
The numbers show the opposite. Unit growth held at number one through the editions measuring the repositioning years, and the rating and revenue figures rose rather than fell.
That is strong evidence the rebrand did not damage the business, which is the failure a skeptic would expect, and weak evidence that it produced the gains.
Ruling out a harm is a smaller claim than proving a cause, and it is the one these numbers can actually carry.
How the result is written here
As a result: the average Google rating rose from 3.4 to 4.7 while he was VP of Marketing at Stratus Building Solutions.
Not as a cause: he raised the rating from 3.4 to 4.7. That one verb turns a measured change into a claim nobody can test, and it takes the reviews away from the franchise owners whose customers wrote them.
What nobody can show
There is no second Stratus Building Solutions that kept its old name through the same years. Without one, every account of what the rename did is an argument, and the most detailed version of that argument is his own.
A figure printed under a job title reads as that job’s result whatever the sentence says. The StratusClean page sets its numbers under a heading reading What happened and calls them the proof. They are proof the repositioning ended well. They are not proof of its cause.

Common questions about results and causes
Did Mike Millett cause the StratusClean results?
This record does not claim so, and a single company cannot show it. Mike Millett was VP of Marketing at Stratus Building Solutions while its average Google rating rose from 3.4 to 4.7, revenue roughly doubled and it held number one on Entrepreneur’s Fastest-Growing Franchise list from 2023 to 2026. Each has other inputs, and no comparison exists that would isolate his part.
What does Entrepreneur’s Fastest-Growing Franchise list measure?
Net franchise unit growth in the U.S. and Canada over a year that closes before publication. Stratus Building Solutions reached number one in 2023 on more than 300 new units added from July 2021 to July 2022, before the 2023 to 2026 repositioning Mike Millett led as VP of Marketing.
What do the StratusClean numbers prove?
That the repositioning did not damage the business. While Mike Millett led it as VP of Marketing, the rating and revenue figures on record rose and unit growth held at number one, which rules out the failure a skeptic would expect. It does not assign the gains to him.
